NEW CONSTRUCTION
We have an extensive team with the capacity to pull new construction out of the ground and deliver a product beyond reproach. Custom Home building requires experience, foresight, and planning. It also takes a cohesive team working together. This is where we shine through. We study the plans day-in and day-out to find the conflicts before they arise. We plan how we are going to stage the site, pre-ordering materials to remove delays, and work with our subs to make sure when we break ground, the details are figured out.
additions
Additions take a lot of work to blend the existing with the new. There is an art in working in older homes that have gone through some aging. Sagging, shifting, and hidden damage all come up in this process. Being well educated in the new construction sciences and having experience in the older practices allows us to make the correction in-field decisions.
remodeling
Remodeling is where Momentous Building™ touched the ground first. It’s where we started our climb and will always be a sweet spot for us. The art of construction shines through in remodeling as many times we are working on homes well over 30 years old. Knowing how to hide the imperfections of the home while also letting its character shine through takes experience. Knowing how to handle hidden surprises behind the wall takes decisiveness. Crafting a construction environment that is safe, contained, and predictable for the clients is of utmost importance.
renovations
Maybe a home just needs a face life. Work including Painting, flooring, windows, etc. is a part of our renovation service. We extend our experience with owner-occupied homes learned from remodeling to renovations. We know how to craft the experience of this work to not destroy the family’s life while it gets done.
design build
Our team produces breathtaking work when our clients work with us from the design of the project through the building of it. We have an in-house team of architects, engineers, and designers providing an in-house service that alleviates stress for clients while also producing better construction coordination. Products like 3d renderings allow the homeowner to envision the space before it’s built and solves many constructability issues during construction. Design-Build services can be provided from bathroom remodels through new construction.
